This paper introduces YouEDU, an instructional aid designed to identify and address confusion in discussion forum posts within Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). By utilizing the Stanford MOOCPosts corpus, YouEDU employs a diverse set of classifiers to analyze forum posts based on sentiment, urgency, and other descriptive features to detect confusion. The system then links these confused posts to relevant video clips from the course, enhancing the learning experience. Experimental results show that YouEDU effectively identifies confusion and provides pertinent resources, paving the way for intelligent intervention systems in MOOC environments.
