This study explores the use of social media for customer co-creation by analyzing posts from blogs and social media forums. Through two studies, the research uncovers current trends, patterns, and themes in customer co-creation activities facilitated by social media. The findings provide recommendations for managers on how to effectively engage customers in co-creation processes, highlighting future trends and best practices in this area.
