This paper presents a system designed to automate the extraction of opinions and communication relationships from online forums through text mining. By utilizing social network analysis, the system identifies influential users and emerging trends, providing companies with efficient insights into consumer opinions and interactions, and helping to recognize potential risks and opportunities.
