This study analyzed posts from an online community for eating disorders across four groups (Pro-Ana, Anorexia, Bulimia, and Binge Eating Disorder) to examine content differences. Using quantitative text analysis, 1,791 posts from December 2018 to March 2019 were analyzed. The Pro-Ana group showed a greater propensity for "social sharing" and exchanging social support regarding eating behaviors. Factorial space analysis revealed that Pro-Ana members were less capable of providing realistic representations of their disorder compared to other groups. Additionally, Pro-Ana members exhibited greater social adherence in terms of satisfaction ratings (likes/views ratio) compared to other groups.
