This study examines how racism is discussed in Finnish public debate by analyzing news media and online discussion forums using computational text analysis. The research finds that discourses about racism differ between legacy media and social media. Social media often focus on "reverse racism," while news media link racism to historical and international contexts. The study highlights that understandings of racism are shaped by media platforms, linguistic factors, and national ideological conflicts.
