This qualitative study explores young people's experiences with synchronous and asynchronous online forums for mental health support. Involving 19 participants in two focus groups via KOOTH.com, the thematic analysis revealed that forums complement counseling by offering lower-level support. Participants found forums to be supportive environments for sharing advice and connecting with others, though concerns were raised about site usability and technical issues.
