💡Behavioral Design for Success Communities

Recommended Posts

There's a bit of behavioral science and psychology that can be applied to success communities, where the purpose of the community is to help users achieve a certain outcome.

Can you see any of these apply to your community?

  • Setting a Goal - If your users have a goal, the platform can communicate how far they have to go and therefore motivate users to stay on track

Could contain: Page, Text

  • Communicate Progress - Progress indicators can help users know exactly where they stand in the course. Studies have shown that progress indicators can increase user focus and enjoyment.

Could contain: Page, Text, Chart, Plot
