JoelR
A recent visitor to Invisioneer made this comment in regards to the layout of the forum index: Quote That is the first time I've seen that type of view & I'm glad we are able to switch it up. I'm one of the long-time forum users who was taken aback lol She was gracious and very kind, and expressed surprise at never seeing other kinds of forum views such as fluid forum, which is one of the available views on Invisioneer. https://invisioncommunity.com/news/invision-community/new-fluid-forum-view-r1026/ Fluid forum when it was first announced by IPS, Inc. What is important about her surprise is not the layout of the forum index itself, but the fact that she was a long-time forum user. Her experience as a long-time forum user is so powerful and important because it shows the inertia of the status quo: you're used to forums behaving in a certain manner. As a community leader, how beholden are you to your uses who want to keep the status quo on your community? Or do you push your community users into more modern features? The better question: how do you implement change in your community?
