The Roots vs The Leaves

Inspired by a quote by James Clear: "Don't overlook the basics. Don't ignore the foundation. How long can a tree remain standing without the roots?"

Do you sometimes lose sight of the foundation of your community?

The leaves, in fact the entire tree, depends on the roots. If the root system is good, leaves are healthy, and the entire plant is health. If the roots are not working perfectly, the leaves begin to show the signs of problems. They turn yellow or brown they wither, they fall. Therefore, as a community admin and community manager, you need to work hard on building healthy root system.
