This is a good way of looking at things for sure.

I always tend to worry about things before they happen and that can result in a lot of anxiety and worry. This leads me to believe that a lot of what I have in my mind is imagined rather than real. 

This is good advice though and will be something I will be pushing myself to do more often when I know the worry is imagined and not real.
