Shortie
Something I have noticed more often within communities is how some community admins and even staff members or members tend to use emojis within their topic titles. I feel it brings some cheer to the community but it did have me wondering whether it is a good idea. What are your thoughts on the use of emojis in topic titles? Is it something you do or have done? dismalbliss
We allow it in our communities. It doesn't bother me when a member uses one, UNLESS the title is nothing but an emoji, then I will change the title to have some contextual substance. Maria
It will grab immediate attention that's for sure. However, if the title is not good people might not click it. So your title still matters. I don't use emojis in the title but I don't mind when some does it.
