This study explores the factors influencing social commerce intentions among online community users in Saudi Arabia, focusing on social support, social commerce constructs (SCCs), trust, and the intention towards social commerce. Conducted through a survey of 500 Facebook and Twitter users, the research finds that social support directly impacts trust and social commerce intention, with trust acting as a significant mediator. Similarly, SCCs affect both emotional and informational support and directly influence social commerce intention, with their relationship to social support also mediated by trust. These findings highlight the importance of social support, trust, and SCCs in driving social commerce intentions, suggesting that social media retailers should leverage these factors to enhance users' purchasing intentions.
