This paper introduces CrowdRE-Arg, a Crowd-based Requirements Engineering approach that leverages user feedback from online forums to inform requirements decisions. The framework analyzes textual conversations to identify features, issues, and arguments for or against specific requirements. By employing a bipolar argumentation framework and coalition-based meta-argumentation, the approach generates an argumentation model to highlight conflicting viewpoints and winning arguments. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is demonstrated through analysis of Reddit conversation threads, revealing their capability to efficiently identify conflict-free features and issues along with supporting arguments.
