This study explores the dynamics within online communities engaged in development transportation, focusing on how they manage the tension between the diverse interests of their stakeholders and the collective action needed for strategic development. Through a longitudinal, mixed-method case study, the research highlights online communities' ability to act as 'intermediary spaces' that foster both knowledge creation and agenda-setting, despite the diverging interests of participants.
