This study delves into the factors influencing continuous knowledge sharing within business online communities, integrating the information systems continuous use model (ISCM) with commitment-trust theory and the expectancy value model. Utilizing a web survey with 220 responses from community members and employing partial least square (PLS) analysis, the research identifies social, personal, and technology-related enablers as key drivers of continuous knowledge sharing intention. Significant findings include the positive impact of satisfaction and perceived community usefulness, as well as the mediating effects of identification trust and affective commitment on this intention. The study explains 51% of the variance in continuous knowledge sharing intention and offers both theoretical extensions to existing models and practical insights for enhancing knowledge sharing in online business communities.
