This study explores discussions about novel psychoactive substances (NPS) on international Internet forums, analyzing 13,082 posts across 60 threads. Four main themes emerged: substance facts, dosage and administration, subjective effects, and support and safety. The discussions emphasized safety and harm reduction, showing a community-driven effort to share extensive knowledge about NPS use and risks. These forums could serve as valuable resources for drug prevention and research.
