This article delves into the significance of relationships among migrant mothers in Australia, focusing on Facebook groups termed as "glocalised maternal communities." It examines how migration and motherhood contribute to social network disruptions, leading to isolation, and explores why migrant mothers turn to locally-based social media platforms for support, drawing on interviews with 41 mothers from various migrant communities residing in Melbourne and Sydney.
