This study delves into the intersection of digital communication technologies, migration experiences, and maternal practices, focusing on migrant mothers in Australia. Through interviews with migrant mothers in Sydney and Melbourne, the research explores how online migrant maternal communities aid women in navigating motherhood in a migrant context. It highlights the role of social media in helping migrant mothers process complex feelings about their maternal identities and co-ethnic social networks, proposing the concept of the 'migrant maternal imaginary' as a valuable framework for understanding migrant motherhood.
