WordPress offers 100 year domains

Own time upfront payment of $2000 for a domain for 100 years which ... doesn't seem that bad, especially when you think about how much renewal costs have increased on domain names.

I'm waiting for IPS to offer the 100 year license, so we can have a forum to last as long as that domain.  😀

If I remember correctly, there have already been lifetime licenses.

Exactly. And who knows how long 100-year licenses really run at IPS in the end.
