This research investigates the impact of two feedback mechanisms on problem-solving and interaction within an asynchronous problem-based learning (PBL) course. The study utilizes an automated feedback mechanism to enhance interaction and group well-being, tracking individual contribution behavior and learner motivation. Visual aids are generated based on data from an asynchronous communication platform, providing feedback on participation and motivation. Additionally, learners' problem-solving discourse is aggregated into a meta-document to reveal problem-solving strategies and progress. The study evaluates how these feedback mechanisms based on group behavior enhance problem-solving outcomes, finding positive influences on both problem-solving and motivational parameters.
